  2. 2. Purpose of Processing

    The Manna Club+ application processes personal data necessary to operate the Manna loyalty programme.

    In particular, the purposes of processing are:

    • creating a user account and enabling sign-in,
    • managing point collection and redemption,
    • sending personalised offers and notifications,
    • customer support communication,
    • ensuring the secure operation of the system.

  3. 3. Categories of Data Processed

    When using the application, we process the following data:

    • Registration data: e-mail address, password,
    • Identifiers: uid token (user identifier required for app operation),
    • For notifications: push token,
    • Preferences: language settings, newsletter subscription status,
    • Loyalty data: point balances and transactions within the loyalty programme,
    • Technical data: device type, app version.

  4. Processing takes place on the following legal bases:

    • Performance of a contract with the user (registration, sign-in, managing loyalty points),
    • Consent (e.g., push notifications, newsletter),
    • Legitimate interests of the controller (e.g., security, fraud prevention).

  5. 5. Data Sharing and Processors

    We share data with the following partners:

    • the Manna Club+ system backend server (manna.global API),
    • hosting and IT service providers,
    • Google Firebase as the service provider for push notifications.

    We do not transfer data to third countries (outside the EU).

  6. 6. Data Retention

    • Data related to the user account are processed for as long as the account exists.
    • For newsletter subscriptions, data are processed until you unsubscribe.
    • Statutory mandatory retention periods (e.g., for accounting records) continue to apply unchanged.

    You have the following rights:

    • access to your personal data,
    • rectification, erasure, restriction,
    • data portability,
    • objection to processing,
    • lodging a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH).

    • All personal data are handled on secure servers via encrypted connections.
    • Access to data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
